"I am very thankful to you and your good company for helping me timely to intervene and get my consignment redirected to me safely from the courier company.  I was in desperate need of the remote I have ordered, and tried locally to get one, which was not available as the HD DTH connection,itself is very less in number in the locality and never-mind the remote.  Normal SD remotes were available, whereas the HD one was out of question.  Since one month we, me and my wife was punishing the set-top box and yesterday more than us our SUN DIRECT HD Set-top box was relieved, as the new Compatible Remote has arrived home.

The Remote is in working condition and Once again I thank you for the cordial approach and immediate attendance to my problem, minimising the worry of the return of the item, without reaching me from my locality. 
In fact I had a different opinion in the midst, that I will never place another order, incase the consignment returned.... but your compassionate approach has forced me to change my opinion.  I will be getting associated more with you.
